identify a user in accordance with use of services such as request for
consultation;

- The aforementioned personal information shall be
in principle destroyed immediately after accomplishing the purposes of

- However¸ a customer’s name¸ Email address and contacts can be kept for 1 year
to provide smooth services in accordance with the reason of information
